François-Marie VALENTIN : Chairman
François-Marie is the founding member of the company (created in 1989) and from whom the company takes its name. His considerable experience has always been specifically dedicated to, and focused on, mergers and acquisitions. He works throughout the European Community and beyond if necessary. François-Marie is graduated from Polytechnique (X63) and MS of the University of California, Berkeley.
Cyrille VALENTIN : Manager
During 7 years Cyrille held various engineering management roles for telecommunication operators (Bouygues Telecom, Neuf Telecom). Cyrille is an Engineer in Physics and graduated from the ENSPG (Grenoble). He joined FMV & ASSOCIÉS in February 2004.
