This Information Memorandum is provided to acceptable potential bidders following the signature of a Non Disclosure Agreement (Confidentiality Agreement).
Thereafter, FMV & ASSOCIÉS helps to evaluate and select the best potential offers and introduces the relevant bidders to the Seller, who ultimately decides with whom it is willing to commence negotiations. This phase may possibly require the preparation, under FMV & ASSOCIÉS supervision, of a Data Room i.e a collection of the main data concerning the economic, tax, legal, social and technique matters of the company. FMV & ASSOCIÉS will then continue to advise its client during the sale process.
