1. Fully respect and preserve the confidentiality of our intervention and of all non public data given by the client. FMV & ASSOCIÉS is itself a family business and very sensitive to the importance of protecting confidentiality.
2. Provide around the clock availability in order to ensure the success of the project.
3. Serve only the interests of the client and act strictly in accordance with the client's instructions.
4. Accept no other remuneration from any third party.
5. Elaborate and prepare technical solutions following best practice, notably in relation to reviewing the target, acquisition structuring, tax and reliable legal options.
6. Remain flexible and sensitive to the client's requirements and do nothing that could hamper or otherwise prejudice the client's objectives.
7. Provide frank and clear advice if we feel the client is mistaken or the target is overvalued.
8. Help identify all possible solutions and consequences even if the advisory assignment is limited.
